I can't get this silly thought out of my head.
Talk about bad weather. We've probably had the worst rainy season we've had in decades and just about everywhere is getting flooded out with no end in sight. Everyday so far this month we've had flash flood warnings or on flash flood watch. The other week we even had a dam break on one of the remote locations. On the news the other night they were talking about solid foam mattress which kind of broke the monotony of the storms but still, the major story of the day was the rain.

Had enough compost to put (yes, this is really true) 8" of compost on a 20 x 60 garden site. Talk about magic muscle for a garden. I .spent all morning moving, spreading and tilling in that compost pile with my tractor and still had that much more to pile in my wifes black gold corner for her flower beds.
